How can i place order ?
To place an order :
- Log in to your Zee store account using your registered email address and password. If you do not have an account please register first.
- Find the product you want to buy.
- Check the product details, photos and specifications. Select the item and click Add to Cart.
- Review the product details and click Continue with your purchase.
- Fill out your shipping address.
- See the address, selected shipping services and delivery period.
- Select your payment method and complete your purchase by clicking on Complete Order.
- You will be provided with an order number with an order tracking link in order to track your order.
Where is my order ?
Your order will be delivered on the expected delivery date or any other date determined by your order.
Zee Store hopes to deliver your order according to your expected delivery date. The expected delivery date is the date on which or before your order is delivered to your preferred shipping address.
You will see the expected delivery time for your order on the order summary before placing your order. If you want to track your shipment :
- Log in to the Z store using your registered email address and password.
- Click on your name displayed in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on My Account.
- Click on Order history and Details.
- The Orders placed in the last six months screen will appear by default.
- Select the order you want to track.
- Press Shipment Tracking.
I Received a Damaged or a Defective Item :
If you believe that you have received a counterfeit product, and subject to the return terms of the defective product to us (in accordance with the Zee Store Return Policy) within 15 days of delivery and after the evaluation and validation of the reason for the return, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid for the product, with applicable shipping charges.
If your 15-day refund period ends, please contact customer support for assistance.
Note: All products returned to us are evaluated and the reason for return is validated before the product is accepted and refunded. If the problem mentioned is not found in the product you have returned, or if you return a product other than that which does not apply for a refund as described in the costume store return policy, the product will be sent to you and your claim for refund will be rejected.
