Return and Exchange Policy

The exchange is within 7 days and the return is within 3 days of the date of arrival.

Additional fee may apply on exchanging and refunding as indicated below:

• Returning fee: SAR 30.*

• Exchanging fee: SAR 40.*

• Order reshipment in case of not receiving the order in the first time: SAR 30.* 

*The above prices do not apply on worldwide orders

Conditions   :

1.  The product must be in its original condition and not used. The product should be packaged and tags must not be removed or damaged.

2.   All products are subject to Return or Exchange except  underwear and all date products

3. We may ask the customer to cover the delivery costs in case of returning or exchanging.

4. We are going to cover the delivery costs in case of sending a mistaken item/s that does not satisfy the customer’s desire.

What to do to get your order returned or exchanged ?

You can request exchange or return by e-mailing us on Info@zee.com.sa and we will be happy to assist you 

Your email should include the following details:

• Email Subject – Exchange or Return

• Invoice number

• Customer name

• Reason for replacement or return

• The name of the product to be changed with the requested size, color and quantity

• You will be notified of the re-order and service immediately upon receipt of your order and to ensure the safety of the piece and accessories

• Bank Name + IBAN + Account Holder Name * The name of the account holder must match the invoice owner.*
