Missing Items from My Order :

If you received an incomplete product or received an order for missing or missing products, please check the received shipment thoroughly to determine the missing product or any part thereof.

Zee does not charge any additional fees and all applicable charges are stated in the invoice. Please check the product price and shipping charges on the purchase page before completing your purchase.

If a shipping company representative requests or charges you more than the amount listed on your order invoice, please contact customer support immediately for assistance.

How Will I Get my Refund ?

Zee store transfers funds paid for the refunded products by wire transfer based on the bank account number requested by the customer.
