Zee does not charge any additional fees and all applicable charges are stated in the invoice. Please check the product price and shipping charges on the purchase page before completing your purchase.

If a shipping company representative requests or charges you more than the amount listed on your order invoice, please contact customer support immediately for assistance.

About Shipping and Delivery :

We deliver all over the world. For customers inside Saudi Arabia, the shipping company delivers orders during business hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday.

The shipping fee depends on the total quantity of goods, weight and specific shipping speed. We will give you the exact shipping cost when you complete your purchase. An additional SAR 15 per shipment will be charged when you select the Cash on Delivery option as a payment method.

Where is My Order?

Your order will be delivered on the expected delivery date or any other date determined by your order.

Zee store hopes to deliver your order according to your expected delivery date. The expected delivery date is the date on which or before your order is delivered to your preferred shipping address.

You will see the expected delivery time for your order on the order summary before placing your order. If you want to track your shipment:

1. Log in to the Zee store using your registered email address and password.

2. Click on your name displayed in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Click on My Account.

4. Click on orders and Details.

5. The Orders placed in the last six months screen will appear by default.

6. Select the order you want to track.

7. Press Shipment Tracking.

Tracking Your Shipment :

Keeping track of your shipment on a costume shop is very easy. You can use the link sent to you via your registered email address to track where your order is currently. In addition, you can also log in to your account on Zee store to track your order as follows:

1. Log in to the Zee store using your registered email address and password.

2. Click on your name displayed in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Click on My Account.

4. Click on orders and Details.

5. The Orders placed in the last six months screen will appear by default.

6. Select the order you want to track.

7. Press Shipment Tracking.
